UE/Ü is the moniker of Hallvard Müller, a Norwegian / German techno artist. He has been around long enough to experience first hand the influence of industrial and experimental music from the late 70s, been wiped away by new wave in the 80s, stumbled around in the rave and acid house scene of the 90s before his attention was caught by prog and metal into the 00 and 10s.
